Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see live carrier updates. Parcels usually leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and the first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear.

Tracking updates appear once the carrier scans the parcel. If you prefer, you can also search the tracking number directly on the carrier's website.

Your tracking link is emailed automatically as soon as the parcel is scanned. If you have not received it after 3 business days, email info@purralo.com with your order number and we will look it up for you.

Shipping timelines

  • Processing: 1 to 2 business days
  • United States: 4 to 8 business days (Free Express)
  • Europe: 4 to 8 business days
  • Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days
