Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- United States: 3 to 6 business days, Free Express
- Canada: 5 to 9 business days
- Europe: 4 to 8 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 6 to 12 business days
- Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days
Shipping cost
Free express shipping on all Purralo Kits. Standalone accessories ship free above $49.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States and European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by the destination country. These fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email support@purralo.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no cost to you.
