Welcome to Purralo. By accessing or using purralo.com (the "Site") or purchasing a Purralo product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from Purralo.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. Payment is charged at checkout and processed by our payment providers.

4. Shipping, returns and chargebacks

Shipping timelines and the return process are described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Please read the refund policy carefully, including the chargeback rules. Opening a chargeback before completing our return process is a breach of these Terms.

5. Warranty

Purralo Kits come with a 30-night hydration guarantee and a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear of consumable parts (filters, brushes).

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the operation of the Site. We may suspend accounts that abuse promotions, resell products without authorization or issue fraudulent chargebacks.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by Purralo or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Purralo products are consumer accessories, not medical devices. Information on the Site is for general education and is not veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical questions about your pet.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purralo's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Purralo is established. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one posted on this page at the time of your order.
